In the heart of Rome, Casa Guardascione was conceived through a complete renovation project aimed at redefining contemporary living through balance, materiality, and light.

The project develops a sophisticated and timeless language, where classical Roman architectural elements dialogue with contemporary details, textured surfaces, and essential volumes. Boiserie paneling, natural stone, Italian herringbone parquet flooring, and expansive glazed openings shape fluid and enveloping spaces, defined by a visual continuity carefully studied down to the smallest detail.

Each space was custom-designed around the client’s needs through a bespoke approach that integrates architecture, interior design, and lighting into one coherent system.

The residence is also entirely energy self-sufficient thanks to a full-electric system powered by photovoltaic panels with integrated battery storage, designed to optimize energy efficiency and overall living comfort.

A project conceived to offer a refined, quiet, and highly performing living experience, where aesthetics and technology coexist in perfect balance.
